Exchange & Return Policy

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we will not do any exchange for any item(s) that have been worn or tried on. Please order the correct size when placing your order. You may contact us if you have any further questions.

 

To perform an exchange or return,

1)

  • Please contact us via email at contact@onsidenote.com

- Subject Header: Exchange (Order Number)

- Reason(s) for exchange: (eg. defect)

- Item(s) to exchange to: (eg. Crew Socks Electric Grey Medium)

- Attach photos of item(s): (Due to hygiene reasons, the item(s) that you are returning for the exchange must not be worn or tried on, and has to be attached along with its original packaging)

 

2)

  • Our team will respond to your email if you should proceed to return the item(s) to us.

 

3)

  • You may return the item(s) you are exchanging within 14 days upon receiving it by arranging your own postal or courier service. We do not cover the cost for arranging the return courier service.
  • We recommend that you arrange a courier with tracking service to ensure a smoother return.

 

4)

  • If the item(s) is acceptable upon our receipt, our team will acknowledge and notify you on the exchange.
  • Should the item(s) be unacceptable (noticed being worn or tried on) for the exchange upon our receipt, our team will notify you, and the original item(s) will be returned to you. 

 

5)

  • To send back the item, please enclose your item, indicate 'For Exchange' or 'Incorrect item received', and send to the following address below:
