What size fits me?

You may make reference to the size chart that is available on our Product page, to be sure on which size to select.

I am in between sizes for my usual footwear size, which sock size will fit me better?

If you are in between sizes, we recommend that you go for the bigger size, for a more comfortable fit. 

(example, if you are size EU 42.5, our M size is up to EU 42, and our L size is starting EU 43. You should go for the L size)

In any case, our socks are stretchable.

The product that I want is out of stock, will there be any restock?

If the item(s) is out of stock, you may write in to us at contact@onsidenote.com, regarding a restock.

We will update you if we are having a restock on the item(s).

Do you sell gift cards/vouchers?

No we do not offer any gift cards/vouchers at the moment.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Order & Shipping

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address after you have placed an order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder.

If you have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@onsidenote.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

If you have selected the 'Standard Delivery' option, your order(s) should reach you within 3-5 business days via our local courier services.

Do you do international shipping?

At this moment, we are only shipping orders within Singapore.

Are there any delivery fees?

Yes, there is delivery fees for orders made with us.

  • Standard Local Delivery (within 3-5 business days): $2.50 SGD
  • Expedited Local Delivery (within 1-2 calendar days): $12.00 SGD

I received an incorrect item for my order. What should I do?

To notify us, you may take a photo of the incorrect item and WhatsApp or email to us.

We will check against your order. You may refer to the terms stated in our Exchange & Return Policy for more information.

Once we have checked, we will request you to send the incorrect item(s) back to us. And we will send you the correct item(s), once we have received the incorrect item(s). 

Exchange & Returns

Can I refund an item?

We do not do any refunds. Please place your orders carefully before checkout.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can perform an exchange if necessary, please refer to the terms stated in our Exchange & Return Policy for more information.
